Mian Zafar Ali leads the firm's civil litigation, family and property practice. He advises and represents clients in civil suits, recovery and damages actions, property and inheritance disputes, and the full range of family matters, including divorce, khula, custody and maintenance.

He is known for a measured, client-focused approach: pursuing the strongest available outcome while keeping cost, time and his clients' wellbeing firmly in view.

Managing Partner

Corporate, Company & Tax

Mian Husnain Ali heads the firm's corporate, company and tax practice. He advises founders, companies and investors on incorporation and SECP compliance, commercial contracts, corporate governance and transactions, alongside income, sales and federal excise tax matters.

He combines technical rigour with a commercial mindset, helping clients build and run their businesses on a sound legal footing.
